Display a message before Windows XP loads:

Go to Start-Run
1. On the Run window type regedit and press Enter.
2.Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mcft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
3.Modify the key legalnoticecaption and write the title of the window you want to appear
4.Modify the key legalnoticetext with what you want the window to display
5.Restart your computer
Now when your computer starts, the window defined by you will appear before Windows XP is loaded...!!!
